Presenter Barbara Huelat, FASID, AAHID, EDAC is a Interior Designer Consultant with over 40 years of experience in Strategic Design for Health & Wellness. Her problem-solving philosophy—Human-Centric Design—improves the lives of humanity, and her work has contributed to the discovery, definition, and communication of healing environments. She has written two books establishing the impacts of evidence-based design, and was recently awarded the ASID 2020 Nancy Vincent McClelland Merit Award.
