Keynote Speaker - Janine Aurichio, The Mental Fitness Coach: Grow Yourself. Grow Your Business. LOCATION: MEET ON 6

Drawing on research in psychology and neuroscience, along with real-world experience, she makes the case that the most powerful force shaping a business is the person running it—you are the strategy. Using a simple, memorable framework of self-awareness, self-care, and self-expression, this talk shows how uncovering your “hidden gold” leads to better decisions, stronger boundaries, more creative work, and a more profitable, sustainable business. Attendees will leave with three clear, actionable practices they can immediately apply to reduce stress, increase clarity, and create a business that supports both their success and their well-being.
