Join Carlisle at Design Chicago for a CEU Session on Materials That Matter

Are you a designer or architect interested in sustainable materials? Need a continuing education credit… or just want to meet some amazing people?

Whatever your reason, please join us on Wednesday, October 27th from 9:00 -10:00 am CST for a special design presentation followed by a Q&A.

As part of Design Chicago, Carlisle Wide Plank Floors is hosting a 1.0 HSW credit CEU session, Materials That Matter: Utilizing Sustainable + Healthy Materials in Interior Design, presented by Carolyn Ames Noble. This will be a “Phygital” event, which means we are offering it as both an in-showroom experience and virtually – so you can attend in whichever way works best for you.

What will the CEU session cover?

The case for healthy and sustainable materials is ubiquitous. Selecting sustainable materials can help reduce our carbon footprint and nurture the overall health of the planet. Sustainable materials also have numerous health benefits for inhabitants of a space.

In this session, we will demonstrate the integration of these benefits into materials and the design of interior spaces. The WELL Building Standard will be our guidepost, and we will present its application while showcasing solutions that empower architects and designers in specifying materials that are harmonious to both people and the planet.
