Join us for ASID-IL Highlights the Impact of Design at 2017 Celebration of Design & Annual Meeting

The Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID-IL) is pairing its Annual Meeting with the yearly Celebration of Design and Design Excellence Awards on Thursday, Sept. 28. The event will be held at Marshall’s Landing, the Merchandise Mart’s new 2nd-floor restaurant and venue. This year’s theme is Design Impacts Lives, which will showcase the impact of design on the human experience.

The event will begin with drinks and networking, followed by the awards presentation recognizing Illinois-based designers, design students, and industry partners for their work in contract and residential design, historic restoration and product design. The 2017 Designer of Distinction and Rising Star awards will also be announced.

The People’s Choice award will be presented at the After Party, which will feature passed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and networking with award winners and industry professionals.
